Our normal nightly rate is £50 for a single guest or £70 for a couple sharing the double bed.  The minimum length of stay should be two nights.  If there is a third guest (or if one of the couple would prefer to sleep in a separate bed) guests may use the sofa bed in the little box room next door for an additional £25 per night.  A discount can be arranged for one week stays or longer.  A deposit of £50 is required to secure the room.  The deposit is fully refundable if notice of cancellation is received 7 days in advance of your planned visit.

Payment may be made by cheque or cash payable in advance.  Alternatively BACS or Paypal may be used for an electronic banking or credit card transfer.  Please request bank account details.

Breakfast is served in the kitchen on the ground floor.  Before you go to bed, just tell us what time you would like to eat.  Full English breakfast is available - a choice of eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes etc - plus cereals, toast with homemade marmalade or preserves, tea or coffee and fruit juice.  You can help yourself to fresh fruit from the bowl.

There is a small television and a radio in your room, and a very large number of books you can borrow during your stay.
